Benefits of exercise:

Helps to stretch the upper chest.
Hints:
-
Keep knees together and still – do not lift your top leg.

Keep shoulder of resting arm in contact with floor.
-
Ensure slow, continuous movement throughout.
Repetition recommended:
-
Remission Patient: 3 reps each side and time, 1 time/day

Flare Patient: 5 reps each side and time, 1 time/day
